Sales Support Executive - German speaking
Role Purpose
- Provide sales service support to a sales channel, region or country
- Work together with Sales teams in all stages of the sales and order process
- Identify and drive process enhancements for sales and its internal business partners
- Assist in winning opportunities:Assure that all relevant information is available to keep the customer informed and manage the relationship effectively
Provide all administrative work necessary to build a proposal or contract
Act as a central point of coordination for sales internally
Advises sales on the win price for transactional business
- Support new customer on boarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing or potential customers
Key Accountabilities
- Production of quotes & proposals for Voice and Data services including compliance to the DOA
- Creation of new orders/modifications - including credit checks, fast tracks, out of hours, cabling.
- Escalation & ownership point of contact for back office support queries through to resolution
- Investigate, troubleshoot and redirect customer service issues on demand
- Maintain and monitor database in order to ensure an accurate tracking of opportunities and wins/ Create and maintain opportunities and customer contacts in SAP C4C
- Support billing disputes and credit & collection escalations
- Support prospect management on demand
- Assure the submission of specific forms to the relevant parties involved and ensure contracts are received and stored appropriately
- Gather information on tariff and connectivity analyses
- Proactive Renewal and Anti Churn management for active contractsProtect revenue base by maintaining or increasing current rentals, promoting value add services and extending contracts whenever possible
Coordinate the change of data into Colt systems with 100% accuracy
- Monitor the ordering and delivery process on demand
- Coordination of transactional/non-complex bids on demand
- Selling transactional/non-complex products where required
- Run various sales reports
- Instigate and support client meetings and calls when needed
- Support Account Managers when they are out of office
Required Skills and Experience
- Requires administrative/technical experience
- Experience of working in a customer service role/ in a sales environment
- Broad knowledge across a wide range of pre-sales and marketing disciplines
- Broad knowledge of the market/vertical
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of complex systems and processes
- German and English knowledge (advanced) required
- Microsoft Office: minimum intermediate level
