A Day in the Life
The main purpose of this role is to sell and promote the innovative TAVI Medtronic product.
The jobholder manage sales, marketing and educational activities at territory level to develop TAVI business to ensure results in line with annual business plan and in agreement with the Business Unit Manager CSSH marketing plans and provide support to business and sales manager with marketing projects in the assigned area.
Our Sales Representative – Structural Heart/ TAVI is primarily responsible for selling the full range of products in assigned accounts or regions in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals, as well as for the management of quality and consistency of product and service delivery. You will cooperate and coordinate activities with the whole SH team in the territory in order to maximize the opportunities and build strong business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through economic selling, developing and presenting commercial offers.

For this role you need to be located in Romania and requires travelling across Romania and Moldova
NICE TO HAVE
- 5+ years sales experience with high-tech or medical devices business
- Degree in a related field (Biomedical Engineer, Medical technologies, Life Sciences..)
- Demonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance.
- Selling and marketing skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute projects within budget on schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers - medical.
- Understanding of health care system requirements.
- Strong ability to persuade, explain and advise.
- Fluent in English and Romanian
- Driving license
- Previous experience/knowledge with working with TAVI valve
- Previous experience within cardiovascular area
- Complex technical product and procedure knowledge.
