The purpose of Sales Representative is to act as the “owner” and the key point of contact for existing and potential clients as the main person to execute on identified market opportunities created by . “Ewa-Bis” Sp. z . which is a strong sales organisation from Poland founded over 30 years ago.
Currently, for our meat department we are looking for the Sales Representative for Romanian market.
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the meat industry; researching and analyzing sales options for both fresh or frozen meat.
- Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and to ensure weekly sales targets are achieved.
- Search for new sales opportunities to generated new business.
- Make outbound cold calls and set appointments with clients to close sales
- Planning visits according to the action plan defined by General Manager in accordance with national and regional objectives.
- Preparing activity reports, updating different market information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a regular basis.
Essential For This Position
- Sales driven mindset
- Target-oriented, focused on goals and with strong execution discipline. Time management is a must
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, knowledge of wholesale fresh or frozen meat industry will be an additional advantage.
- Understanding the competitive environment, the trends in the sector and in the assigned zone
- Excellent interaction capability, strong communicator, empathetic
- Negotiation and sales skills, understand customer’s needs
- Good computer skills to manage CRM activity.
- Driver’s license, ability to travel 20% - 30% of time.
