Location: Bucharest / Iasi / Bacau.
Are you curious about what this role implies?
- You will be responsible for driving sales growth of Honeywell Fire Systems portfolio in South – East of Romania;
- You will develop and enable long-term account plans that highlight strategies to grow existing accounts;
- You will identify and convert new customers within and outside of the currently served markets;
- You will influence business leaders, channel representatives, project and program managers to drive operational and financial efficiencies;
- You will coordinate the interaction between key customers and other Honeywell resources as needed;
- You will analyze market demand to identify growth opportunities and forecast future sales;
- You will manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle and become a product, industry and market expert.
You must have:
- Bachelor degree in engineering;
- Previous working experience in a similar role (preferred in the fire detection and security technology business) minimum of 3-5 years;
- Successful track record of building strategic partnership relations;
- Good experience in managing channel conflicts and pricing issues;
- Driving license;
- Willingness to travel more than 50% of time.
