With the growing flow of clients and incoming inquiries, we are expanding our team and looking for Sales Managers to join us and grow together.

• We support small and medium-sized businesses — shops, manufacturers, beauty salons, restaurants, gyms, and factories — helping them grow without worrying about customs bureaucracy or logistics challenges
• We guarantee transparent fixed delivery prices, cargo safety, and on-time delivery
• Our offices and teams operate in Ukraine, Poland, and Romania

Responsibilities:

• Find new clients, conduct negotiations, and sign contracts.
• Support customers and oversee the process from order acceptance to cargo delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, moving them from “new” to “regular” and “key.”
• Keep client records up to date in CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in Romanian.
• English — at least B level.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with cold calls will be a strong advantage.
