You will be at the forefront of our growth. Your activities include the acquisition of new customers and the Key Accounting of your existing customers. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from acquisition, product presentations, the preparation of offers and up to the conclusion of contracts. You will be directly supported by the management and colleagues from the pre-sale team.
The sales area initially covers Romania. Optionally there is the possibility to extend activity in further countries in Eastern Europe.
- Several years of experience in the field of software sales
- Sales hunter personality
- Several years of common knowledge and experience with production processes, and environments.
- Mastery of the sales process from acquisition, product presentation and contract conclusion
- Existing contacts network in production companies in Romania
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Driving license and willing for travelling
- Open minded, confident, cultivated appearance, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- High motivation, willingness to perform, team spirit and personal initiative
Nice to have:
- Other foreign languages: German or Hungarian
- Abilities and leadership required for the role "Head of Sales" Romania / Eastern Europe”
- Proven track record in B2B software sales
