Sales manager

Job description:
- participates in building a sales team and then manages the work of this team
- coordinates the sales team in view of accomplishment of sales targets
- contacts new clients and present them with concrete collaboration proposals
- effectively implement the budget, management and sales plans approved by the Company’s Board of Directors
- create, implement and maintain high standards of work and service for the Company’s Clients and at the same time create and maintain a professional, long-term relationship with the Company’s Clients and collaborators
- comply with the deadlines set for the performance of tasks and ensure that the sales structure comply with such deadlines
- develops and implements a solid sales system to ensure the expansion of the clients’ portfolio and a strong presence in the market
- follows the development of the contracts concluded by the brokers until their termination
- permanently monitors the activity of the competition and formulates proposals for harmonization of the activity accordingly
- follows the collection of commercial information that interests the company and prepares informative reports to the General Manager
- prepares and presents to the General Manager reports with proposals and studies regarding the use of the most efficient methods to improve the sales program and to promote new products, depending on the market requirements
- participates in the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales activity in the financial sector
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a management position in the financial sector
- Experience in B2B sales
- Open to field operations and periodically call center operations
- Flexibility and ability to dynamic prioritization of the tasks
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of English – B2 level
- Excellent communication skills
