Our new team member, will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales target;
- Search for new clients who could benefit from our products in the designated region and industry;
- Visit potential clients on regular basis;
- Identify, interpret and understand the customer needs and requirements;
- Build technical solution and proposal;
- Explain and discuss the technical proposal to the client;
- Persuade clients that your solution will best satisfy their needs;
- Give technical demos and presentations;
- Calculate client quotations, negotiate tender and contract terms;
- Create bid strategy, including planning and prioritization of activities;
- Set up sales dossier according to sales process, including all necessary and dedicated forms;
- Finalize the deal and offer after-sales support services;
- Record and maintain client data contact, prepare reports of your activity and sales achievements;
- Keep updated on our solutions and competition.
Some other tasks will be:
- Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
- Perform technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs;
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
- Solving client problems;
- Providing training and producing support material for customers.
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Telecommunications or one of the other domains like: Electronics, Computers or Automation and Industrial Informatics;
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of test and measurements solutions or systems and solutions for Telco market.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, customer oriented;
- Proven ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines;
- Open minded, flexible and energetic;
- Good English communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
- MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word) and Internet knowledge;
- Valid driving license.
