A-PLUS is a knowledge/experience with the following: Zendesk, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Excel, PC, CRM;
Previous experience in eCommerce or SaaS platforms (mandatory);
Google Ads & Facebook Ads experience (mandatory);
Experience in Email Marketing is an advantage;
3 years of experience in a similar position;
Ability to prioritize and good time management skills;
Ability to synthesize and analyze information in order to set KPIs.
Strong leadership skills;
Good English skills;

Advise clients in the start-up of their e-commerce projects and assist them in their implementations with Retargeting BIZ;
Develop and execute a strategic plan based on the KPIs and expand our international customer base;
Applies the sales strategic plans to achieve the company’s key objectives; Coordinate & optimization the activity of the Sales team from our HQ Bucharest & the external team from Greece, Bulgaria & Hungary;
Implement, together with the team, the actions that optimize the adoption of the platform and its different services in the target clients and within Retargeting BIZ;
Monitor the performance of the industries in charge, identify opportunities for improvement, up-selling or cross-selling;
Lead projects internally interacting with the product, technology, marketing, and operations teams;
Gets involved in negotiating and concluding agreements with clients;
Developing reliable relationships with customers, for the development of long-term business with each of them;
Analyze, synthesize, and make use of information related to monthly sales in order to strengthen the sales strategy.
