Sales Assistant

General Responsibilities

  • Validate new hiring requests with hiring managers (received via the Sales Department), including confirmation of need, budget, and required skills;
  • Create and register new job positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in collaboration with the Sales Department.
  • Schedule and organize meetings based on requests from Sales Managers;
  • Maintain professional communication with stakeholders via phone, email, or in person, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided;
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales team performance;
  • Track and manage customer orders and approvals (e.g., work order renewals/extensions, miscellaneous invoices);
  • Oversee debit collection processes;
  • Monitor and manage overdue invoices;
  • Handle tasks related to fleet management and corporate mobility accounts;
  • Manage mobile phone inventory and subscription plans.


Other Responsibilities
  • Manage contract extensions and salary updates in relevant systems and communicate changes to HR and Finance departments;
  • Handle customer contract administration, including:
    • Archiving supplier contracts;
    • Monitoring expiration dates, renewals, and contract changes;
  • Archive and forward employee-related financial documents (e.g., invoices, receipts) to the Finance Department;

Key Requirements
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to manage complex workflows;
  • High level of confidentiality and professional integrity;
  • Strong time management and adherence to deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • English language proficiency at B2–C1 level;
  • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support / Administration / Finance);
  • University degree
