Job description:
communication with customers - by phone, email (dealing with their queries and requirements)
processing of incoming orders (handover to logistics, incorporation of possible changes, data entry into the system)
cooperation with the marketing department on various marketing campaigns
creating of product descriptions, texts on social networks, articles for blog / advice columns
communication with other departments of the company (logistics, marketing, accounting and sales departments)
processing of claims documentation
routine administrative activities
translation of texts into Romanian
Requirements:
at least high school education or work experience in this area
orientation in e-commerce an advantage
Technical thinking is an advantage
very good communication skills (you will be in daily contact with customers)
independence and responsibility for the tasks entrusted
very good knowledge of working with a PC (MS Office, internet)
minimum B2 level English
