As a Sales and Account Manager you will be based in Germany but responsible for Sales, Account Management and Business Development primarily in South Europe. The company offers are an exceptional product portfolio for automotive car-refinishing equipment and coating equipment. They are now planning to expand their Berlin office further. It is a fast growing company looking for someone who can help them expand and strengthen their customer base in Southern Europe.
•Keep up contact with potential customers (distributors, body shops).
•Find and attract new customers through extensive knowledge of the market.
•Marketing activities participation on an international level (exhibition, dealers meeting, etc.).
•Keep in touch and maintain long-term relations with all customers.
•Domestic and international exhibition participation (preparation, work at the company's stand, contacts reports, post activities, etc.).
•Business trips within Europe
You need to bring:
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in active sales and customer search in a relevant environment.
•Knowledge of car body repair market is an asset but not essential.
•Graduate degree in a technical field or background from the automotive industry.
•English essential, German on B2-level.
The ideal candidate is someone young, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and good negotiation skills.
The employer has regular training's for consumable materials, equipment and the car-refinishing process. Introduction to the product and company training is provided.
