Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology that uses software bots to carry out repetitive, rule-based tasks across applications, mimicking the actions a person would perform to focus on higher-value work.

Within our team, RPA goes beyond classic automation: we integrate our bots with Gemini AI via API, perform OCR-based document data extraction, and build useful tools as Python scripts (e.g. file-conversion, documents redaction, file management etc).

Reporting to the RPA team manager, RPA Developer is a key member of the RPA team, within a dynamic and innovative work environment.

What you’ll do:

The RPA Developer will be involved in the following activities:

1. Solution Development & Execution

• Build, test, and roll out RPA solutions based on designs agreed with the Lead RPA Developer or manager.
• Build automation scripts and workflows using tools such as Blue Prism, Python, VBA, APIs, OCR, and AI.
• Follow our coding standards, best practices, and governance rules to keep work high quality.

 2. Requirement Understanding & Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand process needs and turn them into automation logic.
• Help write solution documentation, including PDDs and SDDs, so it stays clear and easy to maintain.
• Take part in process walkthroughs, design reviews, and solution handovers. 

3. Testing & Support

• Run unit tests and support system and user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA solutions.
• Help troubleshoot and fix issues in existing automations.
• Help run and monitor bots, and make sure they stick to their schedules and SLA commitments.

 4. Maintenance & Change Implementation

• Make changes, improvements, and bug fixes to existing bots according to defined change management processes.
• Maintain documentation for developed solutions and update as needed during the solution lifecycle.
• Provide backup for key processes and maintain knowledge within the team.

 5. Continuous Learning & Process Improvement

• Keep learning new RPA tools, techniques, and automation trends, with guidance from the Lead RPA Developer or manager.
• Suggest improvements in development practices, code reusability, and automation reliability.
• Join team knowledge-sharing sessions and help build the team’s skills.

 6. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure automations adhere to internal data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
• Follow documentation and change control protocols for all RPA developments and modifications.

 7. General Team Contribution

• Support related tasks or initiatives that contribute to the smooth functioning of the RPA team (e.g., reporting, cross-training, internal projects).
• Provide status updates on assigned tasks and escalate blockers or issues to the RPA Manager in a timely manner.

 What you’ll bring:

Ø  University degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Ø  Passion for automation and emerging technologies.

Ø  Basic programming skills and familiarity with RPA tools like BluePrism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere (Blue Prism would be an advantage).

Ø  Experience with coding practices or agile methodologies (a plus).

Ø  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ø  Proactive attitude, commitment to deadlines, and eagerness to learn.
