The Restaurant Allrounder is responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar, . food and beverage service and everything related to the following:

• Guest satisfaction
• Visually appealing restaurant

• Smooth and efficient flow of orders and demands of the guests

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to all guests of the bar and restaurant
• Responsible for beverages and food service
• Interaction with customers and making recommendations when required
• General cleaning work
• Ability to work alone during the quiet times of the day
• Adherence to all HACCP standards
• Accurate use of the POS System
• Adheres to all service standards
• Ensures use of first in first out stock rotation
• Ensure proper stock control
