OnlyChatting is expanding and looking for serious, motivated, and reliable people to join our remote chatting team.

This is a full-time remote role focused on written fan communication, relationship-building, and online sales on OnlyFans accounts. You will be managing conversations, building relationships with fans, following proven scripts and strategies, and helping grow the performance of the accounts you work on.

No previous experience is required, as we provide training, systems, scripts, and support. However, previous experience as an OnlyFans chatter is a strong advantage.

Important: this role is connected to adult content platforms. You will NOT create content, appear on camera, or use your own identity. The work is strictly written communication and sales. Applicants must be 18+.

What You'll Do

• Chat with fans through online messaging platforms

Estimated Earnings

• Our compensation structure includes performance-based earnings and a 5% commission from generated sales.
• Beginner chatters can realistically earn around $1,000–$1,800/month
• Experienced chatters or fast learners who perform well can reach $1,800–$3,000+/month.
• Earnings are directly influenced by individual results, consistency, communication quality, reply times, ability to follow the system, and how quickly feedback is applied.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with shift-based work.

Depending on the team structure, the schedule may be:

• 3-person teams: fixed shift schedule, usually 6 working days per week, with 4 days off per month.
• 4-person teams: rotating schedule: 2 days night shift / 2 days afternoon shift / 2 days morning shift / 2 days off

Schedules are communicated in advance so team members can plan properly.
