We are working with world-recognized and well known solid surface (acryl) from South Korea, engineered quartz from Israel and China and ceramics from Italy and Spain. Already works in Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine with Headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.
We are currently looking for a professional Regional Sales Representative based in Bucharest, responsible for the Eastern and Southern regions of Romania.

Regional Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in eastern region by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.

We are looking for a candidate based in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
• Attracting new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support of the loyalty program of partners, constant availability of advertising material (samples, racks, booklets, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

We are working in B2B market, our client is fabricators and stonemasons as well as kitchen studios.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably B2B.
• Willingness to make an effort to study the product in depth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driver's license of category B, driving experience for 2 years+
• Ready for business trips up to 50%
