Regional Sales Representative (EN & HU)
Middle (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years)
1. Responsible for respecting Commercial Management System:
- collaborates with Sales Manager Group and implements in allocated Plant commercial procedures and standards defined at the group level;
- collaborates with Sales Manager Group to establish Plant commercial objectives based on Commercial Group objectives.
2. Prospection of new customers and new business acquirement related to the Plant :
- collaborates with the Sales Manager and Plant Manager to implement the Business Plan specific for the Plant, especially regarding marketing policies: product, price, place, promotion.
3. Management of new RFQs related to the Plant:
- responds to new RFQs from the customers received by e-mail or portals;
- register new RFQs ;
- management of internal or customer Feasibility commitment together with Project Buyers, Advanced Sales Engineers, Technical Department, Quality Department, Production Department;
- collaborates with the Advanced Sales Engineers, Project Buyers, Tehnical Department for realizing the internal Price calculation;
- realizes the Offer, validate it with the Sales Manager / Plant Manager and transmits it to the Customer;
- follow up the new RFQs and communicate with the customer regarding the status;
- realizes Sales Committee for the projects in advanced negotiation;
- negotiates the new projects together with Sales Manager and Plant Manager.
4. Management of communication, negotiation and signing the contracts with customers related to the plant and sharing the customer requirements in the organization.
5. Management of serial products (regarding prices, forecasts, profitability) related to the plant.
6. Management of local customer satisfaction.
7. Management of promotion and marketing actions related to the plant:
- represents the company at industrial exhibitions and events
- Technical basis - drawings, standards;
- General knowledge regarding materials - metals, plastics & specific components;
- General knowledge regarding technologies - stamping, moulding and assembling;
- General knowledge regarding automotive and electrical markets and products;
- General knowledge regarding prices decomposition;
- General knowledge of International Commercial Law;
- Marketing research, Project Management, Negotiation;
- International Commercial Terms or INCOTERMS;
- Sales techniques, Presentation Skills;
- Business English language;
- Hungarian language is an advantage;
- Driver's licence: B category.
