Porta Group is a leading international doors producer. To further strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an experienced sales person for the position of Regional Sales Manager - West Romania.

Location: Cluj, Targu Mures, Bistrita, Medias, Alba Iulia, Sibiu

You will be responsible to:

Meet customers’ expectations in accordance with company’s policies and procedures

Develop the company’s distribution network in the assigned area

Promote the PORTA DOORS brand

Supervise and implement the company’s sales policy

Provide support to our customers in order to maximise sales results

Meet targets and sales objectives

Provide product training and assist the company’s partners

Identify new potential clients

Ensure an effective management of all existing resources in the assigned area

Conduct market studies on subjects such as local market expectations and competition

Prepare sales reports related to specific activity

Develop and maintain strong relations with architects and designers in order to promote the company brand

Identify and provide support, together with our existing partners, to investors or entrepreneurs from the construction field


Ideally you should have:

University degree (preferred: technical, architectural or decco-design)

At least 3 years of experience in sales (preferred sales of construction materials, technical solutions, interior design services)

Driving licence – B category 

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English language; Hungarian language would be an advantage 

Readiness for business trips 

Ability to organize independent work in a self-discipline culture
