We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist on an immediate permanent basis, eager to develop in a professional environment. He/she must have full cycle recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and on board qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.
The goal is to attract young talents, gain competitive advantage and fuel company’s growth.
You are reporting to the General Manager and you will be working independently, having enough room for personal growth and creativity:
Area of responsibility:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards, online/offline
Screen candidates resumes and job applicants
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools and methods to filter candidates
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices on the labor market
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process
Develop partnerships with Faculties to facilitate internship programs for students
Who are we looking for?
A specialist with:
Proven recruiting experience –minimum 2 years
Outstanding communications skills in order to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc)
Advanced English skills
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Familiarity with online HR platforms, social media recruiting, collaboration with HR agencies
Completed education in one of the fields: Psychology, Sociology, Philology
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life cycle processes
Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and knowledge of data mining and Internet research
Experience in general HR function is preferred.
