Your Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator – Crewing to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding seafarers for our international clients.

📍 This position is based in our Constanța office, Romania, and fluency in Romanian is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various maritime roles
• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications and experience
• Recommend the best candidates for hiring
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid understanding of the maritime industry and crewing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in both Romanian and English (spoken and written)
