• Sourcing possible candidates for different projects;
• Perform Head Hunting activities by conducting the entire process on LinkedIN;
• Screening CVs based on a specific set of criteria;
• Holding telephone interviews with the candidates;
• Responsible with the recruitment process on different positions such as:Java Developer, C/C++, C#/.NET Developer, Web Developer, Front End Engineers, Mobile Developer, CISCO, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Oracle Developer, Database Administrators, System and Network Administrators, IT Recruiters, Project Manager; Solution Architects and other IT related roles;
• Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes;
• Creating and promoting job announces;
• Drawing-up job descriptions;
• Filtering candidates' resumes;
• Contacting the potential candidates;
• Planning interviews.
• Keeping in touch with candidates during the entire recruitment and selection process
