We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our Romanian People Operations Center, supporting Recruiting and Learning & Development across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post jobs using agreed sourcing channels and platforms.
• Preselect applicants based on minimum requirements.
• Schedule HR interviews and interact directly with applicants.
• Draft employment contracts and send rejection letters.
• Manage administrative L&D tasks, including participant enrollment and training logistics.
• Maintain the training catalogue and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Provide communications and update training materials.

What We Look For:

• University degree or equivalent education.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR and Recruiting.
• Advanced English; German or French is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of HR and Recruiting Systems like Teamtailor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
