Receptionist

act Botezatu Estrade Partners is looking for a full time Receptionist.

WE:

act Botezatu Estrade Partners, the Romanian office of act legal, a strong alliance with 400 attorneys in offices located in the most important markets in continental Europe.

 YOU:

• presentable appearance;
• positive and friendly attitude;
• fluent in English;
• good command of MS applications.

 YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• greet and welcome clients, couriers and suppliers;
• answer and direct incoming calls;
• receive and distribute correspondence;
• help with the business travel arrangements for lawyers;
• perform certain clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, archiving etc.
