Suntem in cautarea unui Receptioner amabil si implicat, care sa se alature echipei noastre. Daca iti place sa interactionezi cu oamenii, sa fii primul punct de contact pentru vizitatori si sa oferi o experienta placuta, acest rol ti s-ar putea potrivi.

Responsabilitati:

Intampinarea vizitatorilor si directionarea acestora catre persoana sau departamentul corespunzator
Preluarea apelurilor telefonice si redirectionarea lor catre destinatarii potriviti
Inregistrarea si gestionarea corespondentei primite
Mentinerea unui mediu profesionist si primitor pentru toti vizitatorii
Colaborarea cu echipele interne pentru asigurarea unei comunicari eficiente

Cerinte:

Abilitati excelente de comunicare, verbala si scrisa
Atentie la detalii si capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe sarcini simultan
Abilitati bune de organizare si prioritizare
Experienta anterioara intr-un rol similar reprezinta un avantaj
Cunostinte de operare PC (Microsoft Office)
Limba engleza la nivel mediu/conversational
