As a React / Next.js full-stack developer, you'll be part of a small, dynamic team, working directly with the founders to bring our MVP to life and into the hands of our first real users. This is a hands-on role where you'll have real ownership and influence over technical and product decisions.

• Develop a full-stack web application using React, Next.js, and various backend technologies based on Typescript.
• Build complex, document-focused interfaces for viewing, editing, and comparing.
• Integrate the frontend with backend APIs for document processing, AI, and asynchronous workflows.
• Design UX for longer, asynchronous processes.
• Actively participate in product and architecture decisions.
• Deliver quickly while ensuring maintainability and quality.

As the product grows, your role can naturally evolve to include more ownership and responsibility.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in React and Next.js, who typically works full-stack, cares about UX, clarity, and code quality, and has delivered real products used by users. You should communicate clearly, take ownership of results, and prefer small teams with autonomy and quick decision-making.

Location: Preferably Bucharest, but anywhere in Romania is mandatory.
