As Quality PTM you will be responsible to drive product quality and continuous improvement, lead APQP, track customer requirements, manage supplier quality support, and enforce strict automotive compliance within our lighting division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities of the Q-PTM team. Coach and train members on core quality tools (APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) and project risk identification.
  • Build and update APQP, manage the quality database, and guarantee parts submission (PSW).
  • Plan failure prevention projects, promote project quality plans, and lead continuous improvement activities.
  • Establish quality targets at launch, track customer requirements, and drive problem-solving.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and implement MQS (Mind Quality Standards) skillfully.
  • Ensure SPPC procedures and PPAP requirements (Internal/Customer) are met. Support Purchasing/SQA and manage change approvals based on the 4M matrix post-milestones (Tool Go, OTS confirmation, OTOP).
  • Update quality documents after product/process changes, manage quality tracking charts, and participate in Process Audits during FDPR events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management;
  • Deep technical understanding of automotive lighting components and systems;
  • Familiar with the production, processing and inspection process of lamps and lanterns, as well as the characteristics of raw materials;
  • Relevant knowledge about automobile and knowledge about production processes;
  • Familiar with the project development process;
  • Familiar with the content of IATF16949;
  • Familiar with quality management tools and methods;
  • Familiar with products and technological processes;
  • Intermediate English skills (listening, writing, speaking and writing)
