Your Role

You will coordinate and further develop the Quality and Environmental Management Systems, as well as sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with international standards and specific customer requirements.

You will act as a strategic partner for internal teams and a key point of contact during external audits and in daily activities related BOS customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949:2016
• Integrate and monitor customer-specific requirements
• Manage the Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001:2015, including waste management processes
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives (reducing environmental impact, optimizing resource consumption, ESG compliance)
• Monitor, update, and report within customer-specific portals, ensuring data accuracy, timely submissions, and compliance with customer requirements
• Monitor environmental and sustainability KPIs and drive improvement actions
• Prepare the organization for system audits and represent the company in relation to auditors
• Implement and follow up on corrective and continuous improvement actions
• Contribute to information security topics (TISAX)

Your Expertise

• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• • IATF 16949:2016
  • ISO 14001:2015
  • VDA 6.3:2023
  • FMEA (AIAG) and Core Tools
• Experience in waste management
• Experience with customer portals reporting and performance tracking
• Experience or demonstrated interest in sustainability / ESG topics
• TISAX training or exposure — considered a strong advantage
