Electronics/Industrial Engineer degree
Dealing with complexity, communication skills, leadership, supervision, hardware specifications, manufacturing methods and procedures, manufacturing quality, product development and industrialization, presenting technical information, CAD, CAD/CAM circuit design
Project management skills
Experience as a manufacturing engineer or a similar role.
Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.
Familiar with current quality methodology, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, statistics analysis, sampling, DOE, capability studies.
Experience with interpreting schematic, mechanical drawing, component data sheet, and released documentations.
Must be familiar with common Quality Standards and industry IPC, JEDEC and ISO standards.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
