The successful candidate will join a collaborative, supportive and ambitious PYP team and will play a key role in delivering meaningful, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB philosophy.

• Plan, implement and assess engaging learning experiences in line with the IB PYP framework
• Create meaningful, relevant and measurable learning opportunities
• Develop students’ cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth
• Support the development of language, literacy and numeracy skills
• Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and assessments
• Communicate effectively with parents and act as a key liaison between school and home
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and/or colleagues
• Ensure the health and safety of students during all activities

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Early Years Education or a related field
• Has at least two years of teaching experience in Early Years education
• Is fluent in written and spoken English (native speakers preferred; strong proficiency required)
• Has experience or strong interest in the IB PYP framework
• Is confident integrating technology into 21st century learning
• Demonstrates strong organizational and classroom management skills
• Builds positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
• Is patient, creative, proactive and enthusiastic
• Brings energy, flexibility, a growth mindset and a sense of humor to a dynamic environment
