Purchaising Specialist - Fixed term contract

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Purchaising Specialist to join our team.

Main responsabilities:

• Process purchase daily orders;
• Negotiates best pricing and other supply terms with vendors, demonstrating superior attention to detail;
• Cross functional support within the purchasing department;
• File and maintain purchase orders and invoices;
• Investigating and solving any problems with the orders, invoices;
• Maintain cost savings and appropriate inventory levels;
• Maintains good relations with internal and external customers by ensuring professional behavior consistent with company policies and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field;
• 2-3 years of related Contracts/purchaising experience;
• Excellent negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient communication skills both written and verbal;
• Fluent in English.
