<div>Employment type: PermanentExperience level: 4 - 5 years<h3>Description</h3><div>Project Manager The project manager is responsible for leading the development of transfer projects according to company rules. Leads development projects, continuous improvement activities, cost reduction programs , products and processes relocation projects, as well as specific projects such as escalation management during the transfer period. YOUR CHALLENGES <ul><li>Develops, monitors, controls and updates the transfer program and the Action plan of specific actions during the project.</li><li>Works as a team leader responsible for coordinating and managing activities to ensure the achievement of objectives.</li><li>Supports product engineering in development and maintenance the Design specifications.</li><li>Supports the development of the performance characteristics of the proposed product for the allocated programs.</li><li>Up to date with all product specifications and participate in Project reviews.</li><li>Responsible to forecasting the program budget and monitoring capital expenditures during the project.</li><li>Coordinates the basic multifunctional team for the project, working with functional managers.</li><li>Organizes the project team to solve the engineering and manufacturing problems of the product.</li><li>Represents the team and leads the internal and external project review activities.</li><li>Provides support for all stages of the transfer process, starting with pre-production and SOP. Provide any necessary training.</li><li>Leads the early meetings of the project team.</li><li>Interface with projects defined between engineering, operations and product management in terms of all technical aspects.</li><li>Monitors the profitability of developed products and obtains measures to support and</li><li>increase profitability.</li><li>Provides detailed information about the manufacturing process of the product.</li><li>Conducting specific escalations of customers during the transfer process.     </li></ul>      COMPETENCIES<ul><li>Engineering bachelor’s degree / high technical, management studies.</li><li>1–2 years of relevant company or product-specific practical experience.</li><li>Solid project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery ownership.</li><li>Understanding of manufacturing processes.</li><li>Basic technical knowledge</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Teamwork mindset and collaboration across functions.</li><li>Proactivity/initiative and strong result orientation.</li><li>Proficiency with PC tools, including Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>English proficiency (mandatory).</li></ul> </div></div>
