Project Manager – Fit-Out/Construction

Are you passionate to deliver top quality fit-out projects for various industries? Because at WEMAT GLOBAL we have a mission to deliver Outstanding design & build projects for our customers and we are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in fit-out and interior construction projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. Check out our projects on our website and join us in delivering more of them

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects, including planning, execution, and handover
Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Manage procurement processes and contractor performance
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Oversee snagging, testing, and final project delivery

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit-out/interior construction projects
Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out processes and materials
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
