We’re looking for a smart and dynamic German & English-speaking colleague for our EMEA Professional Services team.

You will be located at our offices in Cluj but will be working with customers abroad (remotely and on-site in Europe, most frequently Germany and Austria).


  • Closely collaborate with the Project Manager and Professional Services regional leads, on-site and remotely

  • Manage the resource tracker (forecasting working time per consultant on a yearly basis)

  • Manage the on/off boarding process

  • Manage the project budget/financials, invoicing

  • Project support - decision tracking / meeting minutes when needed

  • Project support - Assisting with meeting co-ordination / room & resource reservations

  • Quality management - Assisting with the review of documents for consistency / grammatical / formatting errors

  • Quality management - Document control for published version

  • Project support - Attend some of the stand-ups to get a feel of what is going on across the project

  • Project support - Assist with some of the testing / test plan review etc.

  • Helping new project members to get Jira access

  • Helping new project members with SAP hours registration for the first weeks

  • Time approvals, Sign-offs

  • Travel/hotel arrangements: monitor the bookings, so that they are being made according to the procedure, and prepare a report in this respect

  • Expense note review/approval

  • Overview of time project codes

  • Solve on-the-go problems.

Qualifications and Skillset:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, European Studies, Communication & PR, Faculty of Letters or similar

We are looking for:

  • Business fluency in both German and English (written and oral). Other languages are a plus

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work on international projects (travel abroad required: max 50% on average )

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Good project management skills
