We are looking for a Project Evaluation & Financial Analysis Specialist to support investment decisions through advanced financial modeling, project evaluation and risk analysis. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, management and external partners, including financial institutions and auditors.

Together with us, you have the chance to grow everyday, contributing to energy transition, being responsible to

  • Develop and manage customized financial models for asset and project valuation using DCF methodologies, including the calculation and application of appropriate WACC assumptions for projects in renewable energy, electric mobility, gas and related energy infrastructure sectors.

  • Perform financial modeling to assess investment profitability, risks and overall project performance

  • Compare initial assumptions with actual results, identify variances and recommend improvements for future projects

  • Conduct sensitivity and what-if scenario analyses; calculate key financial indicators (IRR, NPV, Payback Period, DSCR, etc.)

  • Prepare and update periodic reports on project status, investment performance and key risks for management and auditors

  • Review and optimize financial models used for financing processes to improve forecast accuracy and evaluation efficiency

  • Validate key financial indicators and support interactions with banks and financial institutions during project financing

  • Evaluate financial risk hedging contracts, including financial PPAs, by validating MtM and DCF methodologies

  • Perform cost–benefit analyses for projects financed through EU funds

  • Support asset impairment testing (Impairment Test) by developing scenarios, calculating recoverable values and validating results with relevant stakeholders

  • Participate in internal and external audit processes, providing financial analyses and clarifications as required

What you’ll need to succeed:  

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field

  • Experience in financial modeling, project evaluation or investment analysis

  • Strong knowledge of DCF-based valuation techniques

  • Advanced Excel skills; financial modeling tools experience is a plus

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
