We're currently looking for **Project Engineer** location: Płońsk, Poland **Key responsibilities:** + Prepare preliminary cost estimates for projects as required by business initiatives and departs as it relates to Safety, Quality, and Cost Reduction. + Develop and implement capital projects in order to meet facility and business growth initiatives. + Leads by example in all areas of Safety and Quality + Prepare preliminary cost estimates for projects as required by business initiatives and departs as it relates to Safety, Quality, and Cost Reduction. + Engage and manage external engineering/contractor resources for approved projects. + Coordinates with project team members and departments to ensure projects are designed/implemented to company safety and quality standards. + Engage and manage external engineering/contractor resources for approved projects. + Manages and maintains financial aspects of projects, tracking commitments and expenditures. + Monitors and controls construction tasks, reporting status to management. + Actively provide engineering support to solve production emergencies. + Actively participate and support all safety initiatives within the manufacturing location. + Required to start and manage multiple simultaneous projects to successful completion with minor supervision. Responsible for commissioning of engineering projects, including supervision of contracted journeymen and all related Health and Safety issues. + Due to nature of project execution schedules, weekend and holiday work is required. + Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering + Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience + Knowledge of Industrial Engineering (mechanics, automation, technical drawing etc.) + Competency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project + Change Management, Customer and Consumer Understanding and Engagement, Maintenance and Financial Management experience + Other skills required: Team-work / collaboration, planning and organizing, customer service orientation, analysis / problem assessment, innovation and creativity + Good command of English and Polish So if you're ready to take one big step forward and be part of the future of our business, your ideal career is just one small click away. **Title:** _Project Engineer_ **Location:** _EU-PL-PL-MA-Plonsk_ **Requisition ID:**
