Project Coordinator Supply Chain Management

Your responsibilities:

—    Responsible for project related Logistics tasks within new customer projects (CPAE Projects)

—    Contact person for Logistics topics during pre-series phase 

—    Coordination of Customer packaging agreements and optimization process

—    Coordination of analysis, resolution and  documentation, for the logistics complaints from customers

—    Responsible for process definition (JIS, Consignment)

—    Prepare forecast transmission to suppliers 

—    Contact person for different stakeholder (Supplier, Internal, Customer) for Supply Chain related topics

—    Develop and maintain project documentation (T0548, M0534, T1195, T150)

—    Follow-up project milestones according to AQP

—    Develop Logistics business cases and is responsible for running case studies to validate logistics concepts and logistics costs.

Your profile:

 -          University degree

-          Experience  in managing and implementing supply chain projects - is an advantage.

-          Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

-          Fluent in English (German is an advantage).

-          Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-          Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
