Production Support Analystill be responsible for the implementation of sales orders automation system document flows between customers ERP and inventory management systems.
The ITupport Analystill be responsible for creating, maintaining and supporting templates representing the communication interface between the customers’ systems
The ITupport Analystrimary role is to provide the L2, L3 technicalroduction supporto end users on various technical issues and problems relating to document exchange management. They will also be responsible for documenting any customer required changes to the templates, self-train and keep up-to-date with any new customer interface specification.
University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Fluent in English reading/writing
5+ years working in an IT environment
3+ years hands-on customer support L2 and L3
Ability to understand and modify C# scripts and regular expressions (Regex)
Willingness to learn new proprietary tools
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; Ability to think abstractly
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote geographically dispersed team
End client is a North American company
work from home, remotely Monday – Friday, flexible shift hours between 8am and 10pm
