Production Planner - 1 Year Contract

We are seeking a talented Production Planner to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of production processes to meet our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the delivery plan requested by the customer, the internal production execution plan, and deliveries, taking into account the achievement of the monthly sales target, in close cooperation with material planning;
• Calculate the capacity of the production line;
• Fulfill the customers’ requests and ensures the availability of materials using the maximum capacity of the equipment/tools and of personnel;
• Prepare and provide information, analyses, and explanations related to the planning process whenever needed;
• Identifye sources of problems related to production planning and scheduling and takes immediate actions to escalate or finds solutions to ensure the supply chain process continuity;
• Ensure that the correct stock parameters are set in the system.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge and experience of Production Planning minimum three years;
• Organized, with capacity to have an overview of the production;
• English language upper level, German is an advantage;
• Advanced user of Excel and SAP
• Good planning and organizing skills;
• Proactive and positive attitude;
• Result oriented.
