We are looking for an experienced Production Leader to manage and optimize manufacturing activities for a key Customer Division.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher technical education;
• Experience in automotive industry production areas and/or manufacturing engineering;
• Previous experience on a similar role for 3 years;
• Process and technology knowledge
• Knowledge of equipment / installations
• Knowledge about the materials used in the process
• Knowledge of production planning;
• Lean manufacturing knowledge
• Leadership and communication skills;
• Conflict management abilities;
• Presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the production activity for the specific Customer Division;
• Responsible for the fulfillment of the production plan and the fulfillment of the client's requirements;
• Implements best practices in production processes;
• Coordinates subordinates in terms of carrying out tasks and establishing objectives and performance indicators;
• Supervises and ensures the manufacturing process;
• Supervises the quality and consumption of materials;
• Monitors monthly / quarterly / annually the degree of achievement of objectives and performance indicators;
• Realizes continuous analysis of data to obtain improvements in overall equipment efficiency;
• Leads and participates daily in the operational meeting in the division he/she leads;
• Responsible for reducing staff turnover in the segment for which it is responsible;
• Leads the team, ensuring an adequate level of staff, managing rest leave, recruitment processes, development, personal assessment, attendance, disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximize productivity.
