In the role of Product Specialist, based in Bucharest you will support the Commercial Leaders and DS sales
team, dealers and end users with specific product group knowledge on top of the industry level.
You will identify a develop sales potential by effectively influencing dental clinicians, dealers, dental schools,
institutions, group practices in order to ensure sales and revenue targets are in line with the business
Work closely with various customers and other team members, based on prepared strategic business
plan to develop client sales potential
Analyse market business trends to develop and execute a territory business plan to capitalise on current
and future opportunities within the local market.
Report on competitor activities across the region, working with the Marketing team and the Commercial
Leaders and sales team accordingly
Share the expert knowledge and best sales practices with the team members
Support product knowledge of less experienced colleagues
Initiate new projects to maximize sales
Actively take part in numerous sales events and promotions
Competencies, key skills and experience:
Excellent dental product and industry knowledge
Able to apply Professional Selling Skills principles to all sales dialogue
Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with key customers
Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organized – desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus
Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and territory management
Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
Proven ability to share business product knowledge
Success in developing sales potential in the region based on individual customer needs.
