About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead delivery across two new strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with engineering, operations and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise work and ensure delivery of products that provide genuine operational and commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the roadmap for the new initiatives.
• Translate business goals into user stories and actionable requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and operational workflows.
• Work closely with tax, compliance and operations specialists.
• Prioritise product backlogs and manage delivery expectations.
• Coordinate product discovery, validation and stakeholder engagement.
• Support rollout, adoption and feedback gathering.
• Ensure regulatory and operational requirements are understood and reflected in solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years Product Owner, Business Analyst or Delivery experience.
• Experience delivering SaaS, workflow automation, fintech or compliance products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and backend systems.
• Experience working with agile product delivery teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Tax, finance, payments or compliance experience.
• Experience working with AI-enabled products.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and process optimisation.
• Experience with Jira and product management tooling.

Success in the Role

Within the first 90 days you will help deliver:

• Prioritised roadmap and backlog.
• User stories for AI and Automation initiatives.
• Delivery governance and stakeholder reporting.
• Clear operational workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Successful release of initial proof-of-concept capabilities.
