<div>Employment type: PermanentExperience level: 4 - 5 years<h3>Description</h3><div>Purpose of RoleOwn the product portfolio by driving lifecycle, profitability, and roadmap to deliver customer-focused solutions and accelerate time-to-market through strategic leadership.YOUR CHALLENGES •    Own the responsibility for VAT's Isolation Valves product series. •    Manage your valves product life cycle during all phases. •    Initiate product relocations and ensure associated customer approval  •    Monitor and optimize profitability of product lines and relentlessly drive down cost.  •    Own the interface to sales teams and customers for all technical aspects in defined markets. •    Coordinate simultaneous developments of multiple product solutions according to customer requests and product roadmap. •    Implement value pricing and value propositions. •    Cooperate with all BU’s of VAT to take advantage of synergies in product offering to ADV customers. •    Identify market trends and technical roadmaps of customers to derive needs for adaptation of VAT’s product offering. •    Support the sales entities of VAT group in product training, customer acquisition, product presentations and negotiations. •    Establish technical customer documentation like manuals and product data sheets according to applicable regulatory requirements.YOUR COMPETENCIES •    Degree in science or engineering. A good know how of mechanical and electrical systems and/or vacuum experience preferred. •    Additional degree in economics and / or marketing or successful record of accomplishment in a commercial or customer facing position. •    Fluent in English, ability to negotiate in speaking and writing. •    Strong experience in managing international customers and projects on a global scale. •    Powerful entrepreneur mindset and strategic thinking. •    Ability to identify market developments and derive requirements that influence the future valve business. •    Experience in product management is preferred.</div></div>
