We are currently opening a recruitment process to incorporate a Product Designer who will participate in the design, planning, and technical development of our international projects, based in Romania.

We are looking for a Product Designer with a practical mindset, capable of being involved in the entire process, from design to production. We are seeking a technical and creative profile, able to combine design (architecture / product) with a practical, production-oriented approach, participating in budgeting, project planning, and execution control. For this reason, we are looking for candidates with backgrounds in architecture, civil engineering, industrial design, or similar fields.

Minimum requirements

• ·         Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering or similar.
• ·         Technical profile with a practical mindset (ability to bring design into real execution).
• ·         Knowledge and use of CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar).
• ·         Ability to interpret plans and develop technical solutions.
• ·         English level sufficient for a professional environment (international projects).
• ·         Good attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.

Preferred requirements
Will be a plus:

• ·         Experience (even if initial or internships) in product design, technical architecture, or construction projects.
• ·         Knowledge of budgeting or cost estimation.
• ·         Experience or interest in project planning and production control.
• ·         Versatile “hands-on” profile with the ability to adapt to different project phases.
• ·         Interest in theming, scenography, or creative construction.
• ·         Experience with multiple design tools (CAD, 3D modeling, etc.).

Functions / responsibilities

• ·         Development of technical design proposals (architecture / product) adapted to each project’s requirements.
• ·         Preparation of drawings and technical documentation for manufacturing and installation.
• ·         Participation in budgeting and cost estimation.
• ·         Support in project planning and task organization.
• ·         Monitoring and control of production, ensuring correct execution of designs.
• ·         Coordination with internal teams (production, installation, design) to ensure technical feasibility.
• ·         Adaptation of designs based on real manufacturing and on-site needs.
