We would like to have in our team a passionate and experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the acquisitions of the raw materials which we use in our production processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with background in purchasing raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry.
You will directly manage and develop relationships with our existing supplier, having the possibility to identify new partners to secure and optimize the acquisitions of the raw materials.
In this position, you will be part of a dynamic International Team, having support of our colleagues from Production, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Department, Legal and other departments, leveraging Antibiotice’s global presence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree or similar through experience (Business, Economic, Pharmaceutical);
• Strong integrity and commitment to upholding Antibiotice’s mission, vision, and values;
• Fluency in English;
• Good Interpersonal skills;
• Results driven;
• Process oriented;
• A strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and experienced in initiating and leading projects;

• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Finding products at affordable prices that meet the organization's needs and specifications;
• Research suppliers of raw materials;
• Gather quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions;
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts;
• Track inventory;
• Planning and creating purchase orders (POs) to maintain adequate material flow based on forecasting;
• Execute the purchase of goods approved by management;
• Handling contract negotiations;
• Maintaining accurate records; 
• Monitoring inventory levels;
• Negotiating prices with suppliers and vendors;
• Developing strategies to improve the negotiation process;
• Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships.
