We’re Hiring: Procurement Specialist – Nădab, Arad

We are looking for an organized, communicative, and solution-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Nădab, Arad.

Requirements:

Fluent English
University degree
Experience in procurement or logistics is a plus
Strong negotiation and business communication skills
Ability to work independently, make decisions in a dynamic environment, and be results-oriented
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and the ability to perform technical and economic calculations
Driving license, cat. B

Key responsibilities:

Manage supplier contracts and relationships, ensuring best terms and compliance
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers; maintain supplier database and request quotes
Place and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery
Manage procurement documents and support finance with contract-related payments
Coordinate and monitor transportation, ensuring proper documentation (CMR, invoices, packing lists, certificates)
Handle supplier complaints and resolve conflicts according to company policies
Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure materials and services comply with procurement requirements and legal standards
