Are you passionate about process optimization, digitalization, and AI-driven innovation?
Allianz Partners is looking for a PIM Governance & Improvement Manager to drive global projects, ensure smooth operations, and implement best practices across multiple countries.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead global PIM operational projects, focusing on process harmonization, governance, and AI automation
  • Build and maintain target operating models, process blueprints, and best practice guidelines
  • Train and onboard teams on new tools and AI-driven ways of working
  • Support audits, compliance, and quality assurance across all Business Units (BUs)
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost savings, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • English C1 + two other European languages, one at C1 (e.g., English C1, French C1,Spanish/Italian A2 )
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Proven experience in project management, process mapping, training delivery, and quality assessments
  • AI and Machine Learning  Utilized for predictive analytics and fraud detection.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)  General AI applications in customer service and claims processing.
  • Business Intelligence  Important for decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
