Ensuring the production process of the references assigned by the production manager.
Optimizing and improving production processes in the working phases for the assigned references.
Improving production processes by designing parts and new devices.
Together with the design engineer we find reliable solutions to the problems that arise, and at the same time bring improvements in the production process.
Collaborates with problem-solving departments when appropriate.
University degree in engineering or similar; previous experience of working within a high volume, automotive manufacturing environment,
Fully conversant with automotive quality tools and systems; these should include TS16949, QS9000, ISO14001,
The ability to analyse and interpret data
Managerial, technical & administrative skills
The ability to prioritise and plan effectively
The ability to work within cost constraints and to deadlines
A commitment to keep up to date with new technology
English – very well
