Job Description Project Analyst (Technical Writer) works within Payroll Project Team and with all IBM Krakow Payroll teams as necessary to develop and maintain existing and newly developed process documentation with DTP-like as a prime format of this documentation. She/he helps with designing and delivering of related training. This roles reports directly into the Payroll Project Manager position. Scope of responsibilities * Own maintenance of entirety of documentation within the define scope (. full responsibility for internal database) * Apply best practices for process documentation and organization within the assigned area * Work with members of Payroll Project team to identify documentation needs * Work with all teams to extract information to translate them into usable documentation content * Research and gather technical and background information to include in the documentation * Write DTPs and all other required process description content irrespective of the format required * Write relevant communication and training content (inclusive of contributions to training delivery as appropriate) to support change management process * Comply with IBM/Client PMO requirements regarding documentation cyclical update
