As our Pricing & Revenue Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing pricing strategies across multiple commercial channels, including B2C, B2B, Dropshippers and Retail. You will use data-driven insights to maximize profitability, support sustainable growth and ensure pricing consistency across verticals. You are analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable translating complex data into clear business recommendations, while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

You will:

  • Develop, manage and continuously improve pricing strategies across multiple commercial channels;
  • Analyze demand, stock, costs and competitor pricing to recommend optimal pricing and discount structures;
  • Govern B2B discount frameworks and support commercial negotiations with analytical insights;
  • Monitor, analyze and report on pricing performance, margin evolution and key revenue KPIs;
  • Build dashboards, performance reports and scenario models to support decision-making;
  • Ensure pricing consistency and prevent overlapping sales across channels;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams;
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing insights on market trends, pricing opportunities and profitability optimization;
  • Continuously improve pricing logic, reporting processes and pricing governance frameworks.

You have:

  • +3 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics or a similar analytical role;
  • Experience in Yield Pricing or Revenue Management, ideally within Hospitality, Travel or Airlines, where inventory is limited and pricing is dynamically adjusted based on stock, time and demand;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets;
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;
  • Experience working with BI and reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau;
  • Strong understanding of margin, profitability, pricing strategy and commercial KPIs;
  • Experience with scenario modeling, forecasting and performance analysis;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through data;
  • A degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field is a plus.
