Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, and webinars to showcase our products to customers and employees.
• Engage with current and potential customers to present technical solutions and the advantages of the Ajax system.
• Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to enhance their product knowledge.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
• Provide technical consultation and support to partners, promoting product solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Test product features, write technical documentation, and collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in IT or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, security, or telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Experience in installing or designing security systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to business trips and trade shows.
• Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts.
